Electric without Compromise

The LHD6500E marks the start of a new generation of electric tracked buggies built for real jobsite use. It runs with zero emissions at the point of use, making it a strong fit for indoor pours, enclosed spaces, and jobs with ventilation limits. The controls are intentionally simple so new operators can get comfortable quickly. One joystick manages bucket movement while the other handles drive, keeping operation straightforward and reducing training time. A large, easy-to-reach emergency stop is positioned for immediate shutdown if needed. The digital display keeps the operator informed with clear system feedback, including real-time electric usage, so crews can monitor performance throughout the day.

Why We Built the LHD6500E

Electric equipment often comes with tradeoffs… reduced power, shorter runtime, or added complexity.

We built the LHD6500E to avoid all of that.

It delivers consistent performance, simple operation, and the same rugged design LHD machines are known for without the drawbacks of gas-powered equipment.

Best Uses

  • Indoor concrete pours (warehouses, schools, hospitals, basements)

  • Urban and enclosed job sites (parking garages, tunnels, renovations)

  • Residential backyard access through gates and tight side yards

  • Night work or noise-sensitive environments

  • Interior flatwork and finishing support

  • Rental fleet applications with first-time operators

  • Jobs with strict emissions requirements

  • Confined spaces with poor ventilation

  • Contractors needing simple plug-in overnight charging

Key Advantages

  • 2,500 lb payload (1,134 kg): Moves serious material each trip, reducing labor and cycle time.

  • Side dump configuration: Controlled placement along forms, walls, and tight pours.

  • 110V or 220V charging options: Flexible charging on standard jobsite power.

  • Up to 8 hours runtime: Designed to cover a full workday under typical use.

  • 16 cu. ft. bucket (.6 yd³): Balanced capacity for productivity without excess machine size.

  • 34.5 in overall width (87.6 cm): Narrow profile for gates, doorways, and tight access.

  • 6 MPH top speed (9.7 KPH), single-speed: Simple operation with steady travel pace.

  • Machine weight: 2,140 lbs (970.7 kg): Solid, planted feel without being overly heavy for transport.

  • Made in the USA: Built for parts availability, serviceability, and jobsite durability.

The biggest thing with electric is you don’t think about it. No fueling, no noise, no exhaust—just get on and go

A Platform Built for Where the Work Is Going

The LHD6500E wasn’t built to follow the trend toward electric.
It was built to solve the real limitations contractors deal with every day.

Indoor work. Noise restrictions. Ventilation requirements. Equipment changeovers.

Instead of adapting a gas machine, we built an electric platform that removes those constraints without sacrificing performance.

What came out of that process isn’t just an electric buggy, it’s a more capable way to work.

True Jobsite Flexibility

Run indoors or outdoors without changing equipment.
No exhaust. No ventilation delays. No restricted environments.

Consistent Power Delivery

Electric drive delivers smooth, predictable torque under load.
No engine lag. No RPM dependency. No performance drop-offs.

Simplified Operation

Fewer systems. Less to manage.
Operators focus on moving material — not managing the machine.
